Henry interviews Viña Santa Carolina Winemaker Consuelo Marin, from Santiago, Chile. She says it’s a discipline to produce the best grapes in the best area. She tells how she discovered that some of her Merlot stock was actually Carminiere vines. Her winery has developed a new Piñot Noir.
