Wine Education Party


An education class that feels like a party. Six wines will be tasted at each class. There will also be a selection of meats and cheeses that compliment the wines.

Henry will supply a booklet that gives the history of the grape, where it grows best, why it grows best in those areas and what foods and cheeses go best with that particular wine.

In most cases there will be three different white wines and three different red wines. Those wines will be chosen by the client after consultation with Henry.


Dump buckets will be provided in case people wish to spit or dump wine after tasting.

Guests will rate the wines they taste on a 10-point scale and we will find out the group rating at the end of the event, which is intended to replace the cocktail hour of your dinner or party.






Hosted Wine Tasting


Henry will lead your guests through a tasting of 6 different wines. They can be all of the same varietal, several different varietals, or can be the same varietal from different areas of the world.

Platters of meat and cheese will be on each table and Henry will explain why the particular cheeses and meats were chosen. Tasting sheets will be given each guest and they will rate each wine on a 10-point scale. All scores will be totaled and each wine will have a final rating.

The event is meant to replace the cocktail hour of any party you may have at your home, office or event space.

In addition, Henry is available, by appointment, to help you select the wines for any other events or occasions and suggest meats and cheeses for those events.

The Wine Experience is available in two ways. Below you will find out what those ways are and how you can book one of those events. Henry is based in Miami, Florida. He has done these events in several areas of Florida and Georgia and would consider doing so in other parts of the country. If you are interested in having Henry come to some other area, he requires transportation  and accommodations for two .
