Emmanuel Cruse and Marcel Ducasse, winemakers in the Bordeaux region of France

At Miami’s Biltmore Hotel, Henry interviews two winemakers: Emmanuel Cruse, owner of Chateau d’Issan, which is located in the commune of Margaux in the Medoc part of Bordeaux, and Marcel Ducasse, winemaker at Chateau Lagrange, which is located in the Saint Julian commune in the Medoc part of Bordeaux.
